Customer Service Advisor - Henna Artist

Are you passionate about customer service and have a knack for sales and upselling? MegaSun Lounge is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our valued clients at our indoor tanning salon.

What You’ll Do:

1. Greet and assist clients in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
2. Promote and upsell our tanning services and packages to clients.
3. Provide clients with information about our indoor tanning machines and the services we offer.
4.Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all customers.
5.Report to management and work closely with the team to meet company sales goals.

Requirements:

1. Experience in customer service, with background in sales and upselling.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. A positive attitude, with a passion for helping others.
5. Availability to work 48 hours per week, with a rotating shift schedule. (No night shifts!)
