Teach English 4 hours a day, in real life

We would like to hire a friendly person who could practice and teach a 50-year-old Hungarian man for English. His English knowledge level is between basic/ conversational, and the aim is to reach intermediate level in 3 months. What we would like is to have somebody who would spend 4/5 hours every day with him 5 or 6 times a week and would practice and teach the language in every day situations. Not sitting in front of a computer, not in a classroom but at the gym, on the public transportation, at the shop at the mall, etc. We do not necessarily need a teacher. You can be a university student, a taxi driver, stay at home mom, just please be patient to repeat and practice a lot.
We live at Creek Harbour the lagoons area, so would be good that you are max 30/40 minutes from there.
