HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with HSE procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.

Implement risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions.

Ensure the proper use of PPE and safe working practices.

Investigate incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and relevant documentation.

Coordinate with project teams to implement site safety measures.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in HSE or construction site safety.

Knowledge of UAE construction safety requirements and HSE standards.

Relevant HSE qualifications or certifications.

Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and management.
