Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and maintain employee documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with organisational requirements.
- Update employee data and track documentation status to ensure records remain current and actions are completed within agreed timelines.
- Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, missing information, and pending requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate trackers and administrative records to support reporting, operational planning, and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality requirements to safeguard employee information and maintain compliance standards.
- Support audits, record reviews, and data maintenance activities to improve the accuracy and integrity of employee records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of administrative or HR support experience, with fresh graduates also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage electronic records and documentation, including data entry, document validation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and digital tools used for employee administration and record management
