MEA CCB Services Sales Head

Skills that will help you in the Role:

• Expert on MEA Cash Management & Trade solutions, understanding market forces and drivers
• Experience in managing people, demonstrating how you have helped them develop in their careers
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, collaboration across functions and geographies, and stakeholder management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deliverables both for clients and internally
• Experience in managing client relationships, ability to influence others to support client needs
• Know where to apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
• Communication, analytical, and quantitative skills for effective presentations, pitches and conversions. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex ideas
• Ability to identify problems and solutions leveraging cash product propositions, business drivers, policies, customer needs and market trends
• Demonstrate thought leadership, vision and execution capability for future ambition and growth
• In-depth knowledge of regulations, market practices and bank operations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive commercial banking experience and treasury and trade solutions knowledge
• Proven track record of initiating, executing and growing complex client relationships
• Bachelor's degree, potentially Master's degree
