Graduate Analyst – IT UAE National

About the Role
JLL is seeking a talented Graduate Analyst to join our IT team in Dubai. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to begin your technology career within a leading global real estate services firm, working with cutting-edge PropTech solutions and enterprise systems that drive innovation across our business operations.
As a Graduate IT Analyst, you will support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of technology solutions that enable JLL's business functions across the Middle East region. You will gain exposure to diverse technology platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives while developing technical and business acumen in the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support and Service Delivery Provide first and second-level technical support to end users across JLL's Dubai operations, responding to incidents and service requests through the IT service management platform. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high user satisfaction scores. Assist with onboarding new employees by provisioning equipment, setting up user accounts, and configuring access to business applications.
System Administration and Maintenance Support the administration of core IT systems including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and business applications. Monitor system performance, assist with routine maintenance tasks, and help ensure systems operate reliably with minimal downtime. Participate in patch management, software updates, and system upgrades under the guidance of senior IT staff.
Project Support and Implementation Assist with IT projects including software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and technology rollouts across regional offices. Support project documentation, testing activities, user acceptance coordination, and training material preparation. Help track project milestones, identify potential issues, and communicate progress to project stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze IT service metrics including incident volumes, resolution times, system availability, and user satisfaction scores. Generate regular reports to support IT performance management and identify trends that inform continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with IT asset management by maintaining accurate records of hardware, software licenses, and technology inventory.
PropTech and Digital Solutions Support the implementation and optimization of property technology solutions used across JLL's service delivery, including building management systems, workplace experience platforms, and digital facility management tools. Collaborate with business teams to understand technology requirements and help configure solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Cybersecurity and Compliance Assist with cybersecurity initiatives by monitoring security alerts, supporting user access reviews, and helping enforce IT security policies. Participate in security awareness activities and contribute to maintaining compliance with data protection regulations and JLL's information security standards.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, track service level agreements, and support procurement activities. Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and deliver responsive IT support.
Documentation and Knowledge Management Create and maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user instructions. Contribute to the IT knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and sharing technical insights with the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Recent graduates (within 2 years of graduation) are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills Solid understanding of IT fundamentals including operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), networking concepts, and cloud technologies. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. Familiarity with IT service management principles and ticketing systems is advantageous. Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (PowerShell, Python, SQL) is beneficial but not required.
Certifications (Desirable) ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certifications (Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to pursue relevant professional certifications as part of career development.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging support situations. Arabic language skills are an advantage for supporting regional offices.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyze technical issues systematically, research solutions effectively, and implement fixes efficiently. Demonstrated capability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving technical environments.
Personal Attributes Self-motivated and proactive with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning. Team player who collaborates effectively while also capable of working independently. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced business environment. Strong work ethic with commitment to delivering quality results and meeting service level commitments.
Business Acumen Interest in understanding how technology enables business operations and drives value in the commercial real estate industry. Willingness to develop knowledge of real estate processes and property technology solutions alongside technical expertise.
