Regulation, Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) protect the integrity and reputation of Deutsche Bank. They manage the Bank’s risks and help to avoid unintentional rule breaches and conflicts of interest. At the same time, they also advise on ethical conduct, governance issues and keep our organisation up to date on regulatory and political challenges.

Anti-Financial Crime at Deutsche Bank is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering, Combatting Terrorist Financing, Sanctions and Embargoes, Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Fraud prevention. DB Group will examine its Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) strategies, goals and objectives on an ongoing basis and maintain an effective program for DB’s business that reflects the best practices for a diversified, global financial services provider.

Overview

Prevent financial and economic crime from entering the financial system and compromising the integrity of and trust in the financial system. The AFC Officer will be responsible for reviewing and assessing Financial Crime Risks of existing and potential clients. The AFC Officer investigates periodically if client relationships are still compliant with the rules and regulations by external & internal regulations as well as Deutsche Bank’s KYC/AML policies and procedures. To prevent Deutsche bank from becoming involved in money laundering, terrorist financing and other reputational risks.
