Job Description

Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, People Development to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of training and development programs for employees. The Coordinator will manage training logistics, maintain learning records, and support a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, engagement, and performance. This role plays a vital part in promoting continuous learning and career growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs. Ensure training venues, materials, and resources are prepared and available.

Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in both digital and physical formats, including attendance sheets, certifications, and feedback forms.

Learning Management: Input and update employee learning data in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy and generating reports when required.

Employee Communication: Communicate training schedules, reminders, and follow-up actions to participants and department heads. Provide assistance with inquiries related to training.

Onboarding Support: Assist with organizing induction programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company’s culture and policies.

Material Preparation: Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, and presentations as needed. Assist in the development of engaging content and learning aids.
