As a Commercial Manager , you’re not leading commercial strategy across multiple segments and revenue streams – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven and results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead the hotel's overall commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth across all business segments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated commercial strategies covering Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, eCommerce, Group & Events and Food & Beverage revenue streams. This role plays a critical part in maximizing hotel performance, market share penetration, profitability and long-term commercial success.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, leadership capability, market insight and a proven ability to deliver exceptional business results within an international hotel environment.
