Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties’ business goals. Manage the marketing department, ensuring effective execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
Brand Vision & Positioning: Oversee and refine the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s mission, values, and target market. Drive brand awareness and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Ensure that all marketing campaigns are cohesive, well-executed, and deliver measurable results.
Digital Transformation: Lead the digital marketing efforts, ensuring a robust online presence through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media. Foster innovation in digital marketing practices and lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
Market Research & Insights: Leverage market research, data analytics, and customer insights to stay ahead of industry trends, understand audience needs, and identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and revenue management teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and business objectives. Ensure strong communication and collaboration across departments.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI. Optimize resource allocation across all marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.

Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel’s broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive a positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, luxury, or service industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational change.
Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Creativity & Innovation: A forward-thinking, innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative marketing solutions that drive brand growth and engagement.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating marketing strategies and results to senior leadership and external partners.
Budget & Resource Management: Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and resources, with a track record of maximizing ROI.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak operational periods, as required by hotel operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-centric luxury environment while maintaining professionalism and service excellence.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidence.
Commitment to upholding brand standards, hotel policies, and applicable health, safety, and quality requirements.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
