About the job

Facilitate material movement planning and scheduling at the warehouse with the coordination of the warehouse supervisors and facilitators.

Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost savings, service and contractual requirements
Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation and Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with Inventory Warehouse, Airfreight and Sea freight Departments to ensure on-time delivery
Develop and maintain performance metrics, working schedules, and monitor delivery schedules
Carry out service failure investigation/complaint and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing; code, and prepare proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes
Assist in verifying accuracy of physical inventory when needed
Respond to claims and ensure timely execution.

· Take an initiative actions if the EHS system been not followed or breached.
