As a Food and Beverage Supervisor , you’re not just overseeing the seamless execution of daily banquet operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with Hilton brand standards.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign duties, communicate daily targets, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure outlet readiness, including cleanliness, table setup, equipment, mise en place, and staff grooming.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up on guest feedback.
- Lead, coach, and train team members on service standards, menu knowledge, upselling, and guest engagement.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive revenue by promoting suggestive selling, upselling, promotions, and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor food and beverage wastage, stock levels, breakages, and operating supplies to control costs.
- Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and compliance with cash-handling procedures.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, sanitation, allergen management, and workplace safety standards.
- Prepare shift reports, record guest feedback, report incidents, and complete accurate handovers.
- Support internal audits, training initiatives, and continuous improvement of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Asst. F&B Manager or F&B Management to support hotel objectives.

Qualification:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an upscale or international hotel, is an advantage.
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, all-day dining outlet, or hotel F&B operation is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Strong communication, leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to lead a team, manage service during peak periods, and maintain high service standards.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
