Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.

Account Management : Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain regular contact with clients, and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Activities : Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote the property’s facilities and services.

Proposal Preparation : Develop tailored proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals in line with company policies and revenue targets.

Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

CRM Management : Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and leads.

Reporting : Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and revenue projections.

Collaboration : Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment on sales initiatives.

Event Representation : Represent the property at local events, trade shows, and sales missions to enhance brand visibility.

Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal standards

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

Highly motivated and target-driven with a focus on results.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and customer-focused mind-set.
