JOB SUMMARY
Supports and oversees the day-to-day execution of accounting and financial operations, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger and compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards. Responsible for managing account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, and the timely resolution of discrepancies. Provides guidance to the finance team, maintains accurate financial records, monitors internal controls, and partners with department leaders to ensure effective financial management and decision-making. Assists in the preparation of budgets, audits, cash flow reporting, and statutory requirements while driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and controls.
