Academic & Educational Guidance

· Oversee and guide students in completion of homework and academic assignments

· Support students in understanding curriculum requirements and study methods

· Develop structured study plans for students requiring additional support

· Monitor academic progress and recommend interventions when required

Counselling & Student Development

· Provide age‑appropriate counselling to children and teenagers

· Address behavioral, emotional, or learning concerns

· Support development of discipline, responsibility, and self‑management skills

· Refer complex cases to senior leadership or external specialists when needed

Supervision & Coordination

· Coordinate with teachers on student academic and behavioral issues

· Participate in parent meetings and provide feedback on student progress

· Maintain structured reports and documentation

Facility‑Specific Responsibilities

· Support school‑wide student support initiatives

· Participate in academic planning and improvement programs

Compliance Guidelines

· Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements

· Maintain confidentiality of student and family information

Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Counselling, or related field

4–6 years of experience working with children and teenagers in schools or educational settings
