Cleaner

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

*Responsibilities:
General Cleaning:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across various areas.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Empty garbage and keep garbage areas clean and covered.
- Plant maintenance
- Laundry works (Washing, Ironing, Folding and Organizing)
- Make beds and change linens
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cleaning the balcony and all parts of the house
- Reports maintenance issues, including changing light bulbs or cleaning materials
- Must be available for extra cleaning days as requested.

Deep Cleaning:
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and upholstery cleaning.
• Clean vents, baseboards, and other high or difficult-to-reach areas.

Cleaning Hours:
For Office: Once a week (3 Hours per week)
For Apartments: 2 times a week (2.5 hours for two apartments)

Salary:
Per hour basis: 50 AED per hour
