Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee all housekeeping operations within the family’s private facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring rooms and living areas meet high cleanliness standards
- Train and guide housekeeping staff, providing feedback and maintaining smooth operations
- Create and manage cleaning schedules to meet family expectations
- Inspect and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other household departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Address and resolve any issues related to housekeeping or maintenance promptly

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or private residence
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai for immediate joining
