Floor Manager to Fashion Boutique in Nakheel Mall

Italian Fashion Boutique is looking for the Floor manager.

You are expected to organize work of the sales team in the boutique to reach and exceed sales targets, to conduct sales and train by example, to plan shifts and ensure neat and presentable look of the boutique and of the staff.

Requirements:
- fluent Russian language
- not less then 2 years of experience in similar role
- not less then 5 years of fashion sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends
- organizing SMM campaigns

Remuneration:
- Basic salary upon interview results
- Team performance commission
- Visa and insurance as per UAE laws
