• Awareness about new projects and details regarding off-plan projects,
• Register with new developers,
• Provide marketing specialist with project details in order to create marketing campaigns then attend the leads,
• Advertising properties through a variety of marketing techniques, Create ads on portals like dubizzle, Bayut & property finder.
• Taking professional photos for properties for sale / rent as well as gathering the information and proper documentation required to place an ad.
• Qualifying / Evaluating the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions,
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability,
• Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and other related information
• Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
• Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases, compare properties to determine a competitive market price
• Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties (viewing),
• Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices,
• Abide to Real Estate ethics and rules,
• Send a weekly report to management and attend the weekly meeting,
• Increase your stock and database regularly,
• Update old listings and keep in touch with clients,
• Explore projects,
• Increase your knowledge about market trend and real estate regulations,
