ACCOUNTANT

Oil Distribution Company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team with CPA degree( Must have)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

2. Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory accounting, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting of diesel fuel stock levels. Also coordinate with suppliers and operations team to validate stock accuracy.

3. Inventory Allocation and Release: Responsible for coordinating the allocation and timely release of inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet trading demands.

4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely processing of transactions.

5. Senior Accountant support: daily duties like preparing LPO, Bank payments, LC documentations, GRN.

Qualifications:

· Good ethics standards, loyal and trustworthy.

· 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the oil trading.

· CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA is a MUST.

· Clean background check and positive ex-employer’s feedback.

Skills:

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 4,000-6,000.00 per month
