Overview:
The Sales Progression Manager is responsible for managing the complete property sales process—from contract acceptance to final transfer of ownership. This role requires close collaboration with buyers, sellers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the sales process is completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of the property sales process for smooth, timely progression.
Maintain communication with buyers, sellers, and teams to address inquiries and provide updates.
Manage documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Resolve issues and unexpected challenges during the sales process.
Coordinate NOCs and buyer registration to ensure complete, compliant documentation.
Liaise with banks for mortgage processing and timely approvals.
Generate financial and progress reports, including month-end and year-end summaries.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to keep transactions on track and promptly address any delays.

Requirements:
- Experience in real estate, ideally in sales progression or real estate administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local property regulations and processes in Dubai is an advantage.
