Transportation: Safely drive family members to and from various destinations such as work, schools, social gatherings, shopping, appointments, etc., while ensuring comfort and punctuality.
Route Planning: Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of UAE roads and routes to ensure timely travel. Ability to choose the quickest, safest, and most efficient routes to avoid traffic or roadblocks.
Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition. Regularly check for oil changes, tire pressure, cleanliness, and report any issues that require attention. Ensure the vehicle is always clean and stocked with necessary items (water, tissues, etc.).
Safety & Security: Follow all traffic rules and regulations and take all necessary precautions to guarantee the safety and security of family members while driving.
Personal Assistance: Occasionally assist with luggage, errands, and other personal tasks as required by the family.
Availability & Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Provide on-demand transportation when the family requires it.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion, especially with sensitive or private information regarding the family’s activities or travels.
Emergency Handling: Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations, offering first-aid support if needed and ensuring the safety of passengers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a personal or professional driver in the UAE.
Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English to communicate effectively with the family and other team members.
Knowledge of UAE Roads: Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and shortcuts in Dubai and other Emirates.
Valid UAE Driver’s License: A clean and valid UAE driving license is required. Knowledge of all road safety rules and regulations.
Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a high level of attention to detail.
Personal Traits: Professional, courteous, and respectful with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Physical Fitness: Good physical health to drive long hours and assist with carrying items when required.
