Skills

• Experience with mobile device software troubleshooting (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
• Possessing knowledge of remote installation, troubleshooting, and repair work of computers and relevant components.
• Proficient in catering to IT software installation and fault finding as per demand.
• Remarkable command on the installation of computer OS and handling client software on the network.
