Office Assistant Cum Driver

• Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the kitchen area.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and meals for staff and guests, including during meetings.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Handle external and internal tasks, such as collecting and delivering mail, documents, or packages.
• Ensure that important documents and supplies are properly handled and accounted for to prevent any loss.
• Monitor and restock kitchen supplies in coordination with the HR Department.
• Serve as a backup driver for the top management when required, ensuring familiarity with routes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and handle multitasking.
• Flexibility to work different hours based on business needs.
• Knowledge of the UAE traffic laws and Roads with a commitment to driving safely and responsibly.
• Willingness to work under pressure and adapt to various responsibilities.
