SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Dubai based Real estate company is looking for smart and talented Senior Accountant to join our team:


Experience Required

Three to Five years of UAE work experience, ideally having worked in an accountancy firm or a real estate in a similar role.

The potential candidate should have:
1.Degree in accountancy or dual with finance is a must and other relevant qualifications will be seen favourably.
2. Knowledge/experience in accounting software’s.

Responsibility

* Day-to-day Accounting operations..

* Developing & implementing systems, conducting profitability analysis and preparing key reports to exercise financial control to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization.

* Leading the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and administering the finalization of financial statements.

* Developed & implemented automated financial accounting systems that increased transparency and reduced processing time for control, security, standardization, improved service and cost reduction

* Established a cash flow reporting system with a critical focus on operating, investment & financing flow.

* Any other work task assigned by the Management.
