Job Description:

• Assists the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality French dishes in a fine dining setting
• Ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
• Contributes to menu development, trains junior staff, and ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in experience in the similar role within high-end or fine dining set-up or 5* hotel, particularly French cuisine
