Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with the below requirements:
*Fluent In English & Arabic.
*Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
*Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress.
*Support the preparation of tender and contract documents.
*Manage and supervise construction activities on-site
*Skilled in AutoCAD, 3D drawings.
*Strong understanding of construction methods and rules.
Experience in the Industrial type of construction and renovation work.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Must have a UAE driving license
*With at least 5 years’ experience in Dubai
*Experienced in dealing with Dubai Municipality
