• Actively source and prospect for property listings and clients.
• Manage property sales, leases, and purchases with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements.
• Stay updated on market trends, prices, and laws related to real estate.
• Build and maintain a network of clients and property developers.
• Promote properties through online platforms, social media, and marketing tools.
• Provide tailored advice to clients regarding market conditions and property values.
• Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, lease agreements, and deeds.

Skills

• Proven experience in real estate sales and leasing (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• British national is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
