Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate and mediate between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in the real estate industry.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a real estate agent
• Having a real estate broker card is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
