Tele sales representative - Arabic Speaking

Elite Estates is seeking a highly motivated Tele-Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Languages Required:
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate services and properties.
• Engage clients, present features and benefits of our products.
• Manage customer relationships to foster long-term business.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of tele sales experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, engaging potential clients and presenting property features.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Skilled in handling objections and offering solutions to potential buyers.
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience).
Bonuses: Performance-based incentives.
