Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Rainbow Properties LLC Dubai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for daily sales activities, such as making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about available properties, presenting property options, and closing sales. The Telesales Representative will also provide customer support, handle inquiries and complaints, and assist in training new team members.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Customer service and customer support experience
Demonstrated sales skills and ability to meet targets
Previous training experience is a plus
Fluent in either Arabic/German/Russian/French/Chinese


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

Knowledge of the Dubai property market
Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
Fluency in multiple languages, especially Arabic and English
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
