Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team at Saeed Tarrad Real Estate Development. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our real estate projects, ensuring they align with company goals and standards. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of project management, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone setting.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.

Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and progress.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate development sector.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations in the UAE.

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
